I'm having issues getting the power locks working on a 2000 Ford E350 my family just purchased. Pressing the lock and unlock buttons didn't work, and I later found the lock module behind a panel behind the drivers side. The module is toast. I attempted to solder new relays onto it with no luck, and its a discontinued part, so I've just unplugged it. It doesn't have keyless, just power locks. I have tracked down the following wires from testing switches / actuators, so I'm hoping someone can help me wire up a couple new relays to control the locks and bypass the old lock module. Everything I've found can be traced to the kick panel on either side.
Red Wire: 12+ when "Lock" is pressed (Seems to float at 6V when nothing is pressed from driver side but reads 0 when floating from passenger switch)
Brown Wire: 12+ when "Unlock" is pressed (Seems to float at 6V when nothing is pressed from driver side but reads 0 when floating from passenger switch)
Black and Green Wire: 12V from lock fuse (I've blown it a few times to prove that theory)
Pink and Black Wire: One of the two wires on lock actuators (originally reads 12V when lock or unlock is pressed at the old lock module plug)
Pink and Orange Wire: One of the two wires on lock actuators (originally reads 12V when lock or unlock is pressed at the old lock module plug)
I think this is a reverse polarity setup, but i'm just not able to figure out how to wire this up. Not sure if I need to cut any wires to make it happen.
On a side note, i'd like to add remote start to this rig soon too, so ideally i'd fix this in a way that makes both the buttons work, and allow me to add remote start later adding keyless ability. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks! These diagrams are super helpful, so I appreciate that.
Would I be safe to say the following would get me up and running then?
Cut the PK/BK and PK/OG in half at kick panel, then wire two relays as follows:
Relay #1 (Lock)
30 - PK/BK (Motor Side)
87 - +12V
87a - Ground
85 - PK/BK (Vehicle Side)
86 - Ground
Relay #2 (Unlock)
30 - PK/OG (Motor Side)
87 - +12V
87a - Ground
85 - PK/BK (Vehicle Side)
86 - Ground

Thanks for sending along these diagrams! I've been trying to figure out now how to wire up the relays based on this info. Any help would be greatly appreciated on that. I have located all the wires in the kick panel, but just not sure where to start. I've also disconnected the faulty lock module. It had PK/BK, PK/OG, BW(+12V), Black(Ground), and a YB wire (not sure on this one, it didn't read anything). I just unplugged the module from the connector.
I do have two relays ready to go, I just want to make sure its wired right.
