no video after bypass

i sold my buddy a fully functional avhp4000dvd and when he installed it, we bypassed unit and i tried to watch the video, all i get is a black screen with audio. when i touch the screen i have the dvd options but still no video. i checked all my wiring but still no luck, any assistance would be nice!

Read the Forum rules......asking how to bypass the E-Brake video shutdown is a no-no. I doubt you'll be able to get help here....Sorry man!
