So i bought the isimple kit from bestbuy the other day and installed it. Works great except for the fact that once the ipod is plugged in it becomes hard to navigate the buttons and scroll to the next item. I have to disconnect it to get a more precise feel the the touch wheel. i was wondering what may be causing this, do i just have to change the dip switch settings?
There are 8 switches and i believe right now i have swtiches 1-8 in this order- off on off off off off off on
any help would be appreciated!

sounds like they should have called it an i difficult

I just looked at the web page for the product, no downloadable manual that I could find.  Does the manual tell you what the 8 dip switches are for?

You're going to have to set the dip switches, read the manual and it'll tell you which to move where. Sound like a pain, if not to late take it back and get one from Dice easy to install easy to adjust and easy to use.

If the manual is not specific enough try contacting customer service here. Maybe they could help you
