I have a 94 Chevy Fullsize truck and a friend told me he knew how to do windows up/down on it from the alarm. Well he tooke the window switch out of the drivers door and cut all the wires and pulled the wires off the switches and says he can't do it. Does anyone have a diagram showing what wires hook to each pin on the window switches on the drivers door or is there a way to just tap into the 2 wires that go to each motor to make them go up/down? I don't care about using a remote anymore just want them working again.

Thanks in advance

go down to most any auto part stores and find a CHILTON repair book, haynes books do not have the diagrams in them but the CHILTON do - good luck

Gotta love friends who "know" their stuff... If he really knew what he was doing he would have gotten a window control module...

I'll see what I can dig up for you, but first a question. Are the wires still coming out of the switch? Was the switch disassembled? Where did he cut the wires? Last, do you still have the switch itself?
