Hey guys,
I'm curious if anyone has access to a wiring guide for a vs commodore
or can confirm if the door trigger is negative or positive and the easiest place to tap into the door trigger wire is?
Any info would be great,
Thanks

use a DMM and test the door trigger...  if it is grounded with the door pin pushed in and 12v when released it is positive...  vice versa for a neg trigger....

you can grab the trigger wire from an interior underdash light if it comes on when the door opens(both driver and passenger).  if doing it that way, it would be a positive trigger.

if at first u dont succeed........ lower ur standards

Doors are ground triggered and run to bcm which has a transistorised output for fading dome light best place is under steering wheel pull down access panel and use the main loom running up the right hand side, the door wire should be white, indicators light blue and dark blue etc.
