Hey there,
Just a general questions for future planing of sound systems, At what point should you consider to upgrade the gauge of wiring from your front door speakers to the head unit?
Thx

I would think if the wattage will exceed 100 watts per speaker or going over 20 feet in length. I normally suggest upgrade to 16 awg or 14 awg at most. 12 awg is overkill for mids and highs. If it was a subwoofer you want maximum signal transfer.
The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya
