if i have a 4 ch. amp (http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=MRP-F450) and i hook up the front stage stereo to the first 2 channels, is it possible to bridge the other 2 channels to 2 of these wired in parallel (http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=264-837)and have no issues, or would it cause problems because 2 channels are not bridged and 2 are?

Your proposed setup will work just fine. It is very common to bridge 2 channels of a 4 channel amp and run the other 2 channels on stereo.
