05 pursuit issue

I'm installing an Autostart 3300 into a 05 Pontiac pursuit.  The problem is that it will not crank.  I have it wired according to the guide I go on this site.  The diagnostic flash is telling me that I have no tach signal.  I went to the opposite wire of pink on an injector and when it said no tach signal I went to the white wire on the coil module.  The way I understand this, the start circuit becomes active when the accesory shuts down.  Has anyone got an answer to make this thing crank? 

did you program the tach? Most units need to be programed before they can use the tach n ot very many out there that learn it on their own. What kind of bypass did you use?1 12" mtx 9500 4ohm dvc 1 8100d and 1 1501d almost loud enough to cover the sounds of my car dying.

tach is programmed.  I used an iDatalink ADS-TBSL bypass.  any ideas?

Found the problem.  The parts counter gave me the wrong module.  Right box with the wrong part inside.  That's what you get when you work in an environment where "install parts" are accessible to a retail parts counter.  As near as I can tell, the kid that works parts for us had a few modules out to show a customer and got them mixed up.  I had the regular go through the modules and check out the rest of them for me.  Guess what? the module that I needed was in the box for the module I was given.  Sometimes it's nice to have a problem that doesn't require my multimeter LOL.
