last one.... How do you wire the relay for the parking lights?

If you wanna put a remote starter in a 2006 BMW and do not know how to wire a relay, I would say your in for trouble. Not saying that you cannot do it, but this question is the reason I said what I did the first time.
Buts here is the way, wire the parkeing leads after you cut them to the normally closed contacts on the relay, then use your parking light wire from you remote start to energize the coil on the relay, if you have a 12+ from the unit you need to ground the other side, if you have a neg output you must supply a fused 12+ to the other side of the coil..

from the questions you are asking, you really shouldn't be doing this. Your 2nd ign output from the R/S goes to the purple wire on the ignition lead.

Ive never seen on a sheet "OPEN" usually it positive or Negitive. I can wire a really. I did say i was curious so im asking questions im not doing ths car. but I thought id ask before that car comes sailing threw the shop and it catches one of our guys by surprise. . No one has done EVERY car, but some have done these (rare cars in our shops case) cars muiltple times that can share information.  bare with me guys.  lol.

Then why do you think a relay has normally open and normally closed contacts?

Howie has done almost EVERY car. At least from that side of the world.

If the 06 is the same as the 07..... locks (so I have read) cannot be done. They are sealed in the drivers door switch.
