Abt to do the Big 3 The power to my alt is some 10 maybe 12awg running fro my solonoid. Do i leave the small wire from the bat to solonoid and run 2 or maybe even 1 from the bat to the alt or will I fry it? 96 cavalier stock alt and motor. kicker 08zx750 2 cvr 12's wired to a 2 ohm load ap1000 running the highs 2 farad tsunami cap.

Just read further into DYohn's original thread abt Big 3, and saw it is ok to do and leave the original wiring. I was just trying to avoid buying that HO alt. LOL

I always use 4awg or bigger. That is why they call it an "upgrade".

who are the best people to see about aquiring a High Output Alternator anyway?

I like Iraggi Alternator, they have built me 3 so far, he has a e-bay store.
