I've been looking for SQ competitions for months in SoCal. They don't seem to exist...
I've been an iASCA member for a year, I work the equivalent of 17 full time jobs, and they expect me to drive my @$$ to FLORIDA!?!?
I think I won't be renewing my membership.
I really wonder what happened to ANY kind of sound-off organizations in California.
:::::::EDIT:::::::
Turns out there was an SQ competition in San Diego last weekend... I didn't know about it, at all! Nice job, iASCA! Letting people KNOW about the competitions is the key to GETTING THEM THERE. I would have entered that one.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Unfourtnally there are not alot of shows in the SoCal area.    Your best bet is to chekc the sanctioned orgs websites.   IE DBdrag.com or Soundoff.org
