I've been searching prices on wire, and i looked at several different vendors, but don't know whose better. When i was an electrician,i could surely tell the diff. between wire makers just by the feel of the insulation. Is there a popular brand amongst you installers like Metra or Stinger for wiring vehicles when doing alarms and remote starts? When i get back from Baghdad here,i've got 4 vehicles to do so i'm looking at 500' reels.

Metra/Tsunami is crap.

You can't go wrong with Stinger, they have some good, better, best....

Check out DelCity.net.  They have a nice selection of primary wire for pretty cheap, and the wire is great.  It is also meets or exceeds the wire standards set by most, if not all, of the big auto makers.
