Curious if the Alpine Blackbird II is worth the $500. I have a Alpine 505 coming in soon and want navigation but I've heard mixed reviews on the BB2. Heard they arent that accurate and worth the money......sooo Im not sure! Your input is appreciated! Thanks!

For the money I would go with any of the garminw.  They are easier to use, maps look better and has been around since the beginning of the gps game.  Alpines are great in everything else car audio but when comparing gps you cannot beat the garmins.

i agree.. if u want alpine nav.. there is only one way to roll and thats the 872 flagship unit.... it's pricey.. but know one will ever have a better nav than u.. i work for an alpine dealer... and lemme tell ya.. for all the bb2's shortcomings... it's waaaayyy better that the bb1... other than dat.. there are more capable portable navs in the price range.....
there can be only one.......
