those type rs will rally in  sa properly tuned box.  i ran one 10 in my hatchback in a . 95 cuft box and all my audio guru friends were in heaven, they loved the quality it produced.  and they thought I had 2 12s in my hatch at the same time.   these are very versitile subs.   I personally would recommend them to any and everyone.
you can do it....

2G on amp alone? Is this what I am reading? PDX1.1000, and no other choices, and it'll leave you with 1200 to 1700 bucks. leftover!!
Run that dude at 4 ohms, and it'll power those woofers ALL DAY, and it's a fantastic amp, to boot!
Now, if I am misreading your post and budget, please clarify for us, as I think I'm not the ONLY guy confused here.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

My budget is 2000 on anything it takes to hookup the subwoofer including the driver, the amplifier, alternator (if needed), etc.
