I have a Viper C70 that does not work in the car now. I have tried to get it to work, but the car sat for almost a year while body prep and painting happened. the backup battery is shot and the painter yanked some wires to paint the trunk and dash.

I want to replace the C70, since I can't find any info on the exisiting system. I want something that has inputs for trunk and engine lid opening, door/dome light sensor and shock sensor. I don't need remote start, or door opening or anything related to electronic devices just something simple. Any ideas? I am researching now, but always looking for informed input. THANKS

The C70 is an antique now. Replace it with a Viper 350HV. It has the basics and is upgradeable with add-ons down the road.
Prepare your future. It wasn't the lack of stones that killed the stone age.

Thanks, I am taking the C70 out now. I will say that before it was messed up by the painter, it worked very well. It was very sensitive. If you opened the engine deck lid, it would trigger. It even triggered when a fire truck went by blasting its horn. I will look into the new Viper.
