I have a 12volt tv 7" and reverse camera and the tv rated 7amps and I was wonder how can I change it from a 12volt source and have it accept regular c or d batteries. It doesn't necceary have to be those battiers but the smaller the better.
My second question I have a regular set of 3.5 speakers and I want to sources to play from the same set which the best way to do this will two toggle switches do the trick.

It will take 8 C or D cell batteries wired in series to give you 12 volts. You will have to purchase 2 of the following. Then you will have to wire the 2 cases in series, Positive of one case to the negative of the other case. Then you will have one positive and one negative terminal left. Those 2 terminals will go to your camera.
Battery Holder Link may not work. Part number 270-396
Yes a toggle switch is what you need to switch the speakers. Since they are 3.5 inch speakers I am assuming that they are not being fed by a huge amplifier. These switches are rated at 6 amps. You will need 2 of them. One for each speaker.
Toggle Switch The links seem to not work, here is the part number for the switch 275-636

thanks for the reply so you are saying have two rows of four C OR DS right. with the same set of batteries, you think it can power the 7" tv and the camera all of that with no problem.

It will power both fine until the batteries need replacing   You may want to look into a single holder too and run 9 batteries.  It will be 13.5 volts, your car system is at least 13.8.   The extra battery will probably give you a reasonable amout of extra time over the 8.
