I am going to install a remote starter for a 2007 Toyota Matrix . I would like to know  if this car has factory alarm ( Canadian Model ) . Do I need to do the disarm with keysense  wire , and where can I catch the TACH ?

Thank you very much for your help .

Yes , disarm with key sence. Use a ground while running. As far as tach goes....find a black across from a black, next to a RED / white behind the guage cluster. It's a 4 cyl. reading.
