08 ram and ib uch2gx no crank

doing a rs on a 08 ram with an omega ib-uch2gx and i get no crank. i have the rs starter wire run to the violet wire on the bypass module and the violet/white wire taped in to the violet/brown on the truck. but get no output. i tried another module with no luck. the ignition comes on but no security light and no crank. i know the transponder programed ok because i can start the truck with a key with no transponder in it with the bypass held next to it. i have the pink wire of the bypass hooked in to ignition and pink/white hooked to alarm dia arm of the remote start. any ideas?

post the specs on the ram.. 1500? Sounds like there may be a positive starter wire as well as the MUX wire. Audiovox says at module under hood but it also says do not use this for remote start applications. Hopefully someone will chime in with more info.

it is a 1500 with the hemi.

do you have a yellow or yellow/orange wire in the ignition harness?  If so you have a starter 1 wire that needs to be energized at the same time as the violet wire on the bypass.
