2001 grand am remote start problem

sorry not familiar with your bypass, but the fact that it starts when it's warm proves that it is doing it's job. many GM vehicles have the option to purchase the vehicle with factory anti-grind. and every time i hooked up tach on these vehicles it does not start in the cold temps. so if your vehicle has this program your rs to no tach and a 4 second crank works in all weather and starter will not grind. by the way, only GM vehicles with factory anti-grind have this no cold start problem, dodge uses factory no grind and will use tach connection to perfection. directwire informed me of this before i found out and now i program the vipers to no tach and 4 second crank works like a charm

Problem was solved. Just changed the bypass. Used an ADS product.If you always do,what you always did,you will always get, what you have always got
