Pay close attention to the solder joints on the heavy inductors,  heat them up from the back of the circuit board and make sure they are still attached to the coil.  They have a tendancy to break right above the circuit board.  The solder joint will look OK but the wire is broken above the board.

The wires usually break after months of vibration.  If you are sure that they are new products, this will probably not be your problem.

Update, I took the crossovers apart and redid the soldering job on all the components. As expected the crossovers worked now I have to wait till the morning and see how they will do over night. I'll keep you updated.

So finally I know what was causing the woofers stop working.
Simply water was getting inside my Civic 08 doors. That water would get the voice coil wet, and over night that water would freeze solid. Solid to the point that it would shut down. I am so happy they did not break. By the way they are Focal components.
So, I took them out dried them up and installed them back using a ziplock bag warping their back side. That should be keep them dry.
Yes, they sound just like they did the same way. There was no sonic change I could notice.
I hope that was all that was wrong.
Cheers and I hope that helps someone.

I am glad you got it figured out. I have to say I would have never figured that one out for you. It gets below freezing here for like 5 hours at a time, not long enough to freeze a driver solid.
When you said Cold outside, I was thinking 40 degrees or so.

I am back to say that the problem returned. I know for a fact that the drives are dry thought. So they should not freeze. After a cold night in the morning sometimes I do not get sound out of my Focal woofers. The only way to get them to sound is by cranking the sound up. As if to force them to sound. Sometimes I hear one of them sound distorted.
I cant figure out what is going on.
Do you think this woofers are bad? I am about to pull them out and replace them with a pair of Polk components.
Again any help is appreciated.

Next time it is going to be cold in the morning, bypass the crossover and connect wire from amp directly to woofer. If it still does it, there is a problem with driver. If it is fine, there is a problem with XOver.

I did just that, bypassed the x-over last night. It is 18F out and when I started the car this morning turned on the radio and listened. From my listening position nothing was audible. I turned the radio a little louder and got close to the speakers. I could hear a little, equally in both sides.
I must say that my $50 alpines coaxial speakers have had no issue, the same can be said for the Focal tweeters.
I will call Focal USA today and ask them what they think. That is that.

Focal told me to sent them where I got them from. The guy asked to check and see if there is water that keeps freezing.
These is the end of my rope with Focal I think.
That is that, cheers
