Hello everyone,
I am installing python 1400xpl on 1996 Toyota Camry. I have connected wires;
--------------Relay satellite---------------
> 3 red heavy gauge wire to one 12 volt constant (white red (+) )
> 1 purple to BLACK/ white(+) starter side starter wire
> 1 green to BLACK/ white(+) starter key side starter wire
> 1 pink/white 2nd ignition output to BLACK/ orange ignition 2(+)
> 1 pink ignition output to BLACK / YELLOW(+) ignition 1
> 1 orange accessory output to pink/blue(+) accessory
--------------On the module H1-----------------
> 1 black ground input to chassis the ground.
> 1 red 12v constant input to 12v constant wire
> 1 brown horn honk output to GREEN/ black(-)
> 1 white parking light output to green (+)
--------------On the module H3-----------------
> 1 brown(+) back shutdown input to GREEN / WHITE(+)
> 1 violet/white tachometer input to black
--------------------------------------------------
I plug relay satellite ribbon harness to module.
Anyway, Arm and Disarm are work, but the button control remote start doesn't work.   I try to program remote, but it still not working.
So, do anyone has idea about this?
Thanks for any help!!!!
happy day

on h3 you need to ground the BLACK/ white wire or put the toggle switch inline with it then ground it. it should work then.

I might be wrong here but I think your first and 2nd ignitions might be the wrong way round, secondly,  violet/white tach input to black.  What black and where is it located?  Also have you programmed tach as per instructions?

The wiring looks to be proper, except the tach wire is unknown and probably hasn't been learned. Are you locating the tach wire on the strut towers?
Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.

Thanks all of you very much for helping me.
I think that is true about the tach wire. I check all wire connection again and I program check engine off. So, I don't use tach wire.
Right now my car start with the remote starter.
I appropriated all of you helping me.
thanks again!!!!!!
happy day

Belalagosi you should  have started a separate thread; what you're doing causes some confusion, second what car, third what make of R/S and fourth be specific and focussed something you haven't been so far, what's the problem?
