I am looking for some estimates on building a f/g box to fit behind the seats on my 2003 ram reg cab p/u. it will house 2 12" memphis sub that require 1.25cu.ft. per sub , I would like them upfiring with a built in amp rack for a memphis 500 watt monoblock. would like it ported but dont have the airspace specs on that. if anyone could find that out and give an aproximate on box that would be great.my local shop qouted me 650 if cant beet that need not reply

$650 for what you are describing, box+amp rack(finished product) is pretty cheap unless it's a hack job. once you get in to custom work you have to keep in mind you will be in a sense *living* with this instalation for a few years, you're better off looking for quality at a fair price, rather then just price.

sorry about that, I would like the box just left in f/g. I will prime and paint.if someone could leave it in 150grit or something close to prime status that would be awesome.that is what my local shop qouted me for. not finished product,ya 650 would be a bitchin deal for painted and all!!!!
