so i had a customer come in yesterday with a dual xdvd8181 flipout screen. he asked if i could install the iplug auxiallry for him. so i pull in out to drill the hole in the pocket to run the rca. after everything was done put it back together turn it on and a code screen pops up. i try 1234, 0000 and then it lockes up. i pulld it back apart and and unplugged it. a couple minutes later put it back together get the code screen again. turns out customer bought car like that and has no idea what the code is. i called tech support but because we dont have a dealer account with dual they say they cant give us help. understandable. so is there anyone out theere that can
