What is the best way to test a 506t glass sensor? Also, if someone could post the link for the instructions that would be great. Thanks.

Lightly swinging your keys against the outside of the glass should duplicate the sound of the glass breaking.   I do not have a manual, nor did I look on the internet for one.  What kind of help are you needing from the manual?

I looked on the internet and also on this site but could not find one. Ours was new but didn't contain one. Just need to know how to set it up. Some things like where the mic plugs in are obvious, but some other things aren't. It's going to be used with a 5901 but that hasn't arrived yet. I'm going to be using other external sensors along with this sensor. It appears that I just plug in the 506t into the 5901, but then how would I plug in the other sensors if that one port is already being used? Thanks.

Some of the DEI sensors come with two into one adaptors, otherwise standard procedure, diode the blues and greens, remember, too many sensors = too many false alarms. Ideally a dual zone prox and a tilt if it doesn't false are all you need. What Mr. Idiot told you is quite correct

Do you mean like a Y adapter? If so are they sold separately?

Not sure, you'd have to access DEI's accessory list.
