headrest monitor wiring need

i am in the balls deep in the middle of wiring up my audivox headrest monitors with integrated dvd players in my chrysler 300c and came upon a snafu... the actual hooking up the pos and negs...
here is what i got.
from the headrest monitors/ dvd players it is as follows for wiring
battery - yellow wire
power 12v vcc - red wire
ground - black wire
for my console cigg lighter which i was told to use
red with blue stripe
black with orange stripe... what do i do what do i do what do i do????
