I am in the process of installing a remote start on this vehicle. I do not have any info on the factory alarm disarm wire(color, location, polarity) I am using the express kit DLPK unit to do door locks, door triggers and trunk release. Some vehicles show this unit doing factory alarm disarm. Not for the Borrego though. Also. anyone have any advice on running the antenna wire past the a pillar air bag. Any tips or advice would be great! Thanks in advance! Brian

I am installing a Viper 5901 R.S on this vehicle. I just cant find any info on this vehicle because its so new. Do you have all the wiring info avalible? If so could you post it as well? Thanks for your help on this. Any tips of hints with this unit are very welcome. Thanks again. Brian

Thanks for all of the quick info! I have got the remote starter/alarm all hooked up. No problem. I was on the phone several times today with Trilogics about thier expresskit bypass. This thing is more trouble than its worth. First they had no clue as to what colors the can wires I should look for were .( Its not even posted on thier web site) They finally told me high was red and low was blue. Thats what it looks like in the car. I have another question also. In the directions( on expresskit.com) for the 2009 Kis Borrego, it says to hook the main power harness (blue) wire up to 12 volts and the black wire to ground. To cut out the red and green wires. I have done this for a long time now and I have never hooked 12 volts to the tx or rx wire. Is this something new? I cant program the data bypass because the led wont come on on the unit. Until I get it straightened out I cant program the remote start unit either.(unit has to see door open to go into program mode) Any help at all with this is much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Brian
