I'm installing a Viper 160xv into a 1989 Ford Mustang. I got it for free and I'm not going to use the remote start since it has a manual transmission. I just want the convenience of keyless entry. I beleive my car has the 5 wire door lock setup. What would be the easiest way to wire this up? The diagram for the 160xv says the green wire is (-) lock (+) unlock, and blue wire is (-) unlock (+) lock.  Do I need to use both of these wires or just one? Any help is greatly appreciated.

No need to use diodes on the Lock/Unlock wires.     Get the lock/unlock wires in the Pass kick, it's easier there I think.   Cut just ONE wire first, say the lock wire.  Then work the switch for lock, meter the two cut ends, the wire that shows +12 with the switch in the lock position is the SWITCH wire, the other cut end is the MOTOR wire.  This is very important.
