Wow. I think I answer my own questions after I post them here and re-read them a few times... the blue and green wires emit both positive and negative signals depending on whether you are locking or unlocking the vehicle, correct? So just hook up the appropriate wire to the (-) lock output and the appropriate wire to the (-) unlock output and VIOLAH?! let's go try and see!

Hahaha. Thanks ALL for your help.

If anyone has any questions about the wiring of a 2009 Ford F-150, let me know and I'll pass the schematic/diagram/whatever-you-want on to you. It was a slow 4-day project (used a lot of electrical tape and a whole lotta wire loom) but I'm successful. I'd say the feeling of completing this complex alarm system is better than the "other good feeling in life", haha. Thanks again fellas.
