If your number of amplifiers is known (10) and your number of subs is known (40) then you don't have to worry about driving 40 subs, you only need to worry about driving 4 subs (40 subs / 10 amps).

If you amps are monoblock amps you can wire each coil in series on the sub then parallel the 4 subs to a single amp - that will give a 1 ohm load.  If you amps are stereo amps and only one ohm stable wire two sets of coils in series then bridge the two sets giving you a 2 ohm load per sub.  Then, wire two sets of subs in series and then wire the sets in parallel.  Bridge them to the amp for a 1 ohm load.

As far as wiring a 1 in to 40 output RCA box my best recomendation there is to take that to a professional who knows what they are doing!

Like K said 1 amp per 4 subs. Just take your time and focus on 1/4 @ a time.
you could start with a line driver, then split them, then line drive per amp or even L/D after the 2nd split
test your end with DVM to see if your @ the correct volts
let me try do do the math on this? if this would work?
Do you want 5volts @ the amps? lemeno

I just read this part for power.
"With your "100,000 watts" of power, you will need 8,000 Amps + of Current. The Big 3 and a Cap would be a good place to start"
1 Cap? Just 1 ???????? OMG that would be a funny pic LOFL
