Hello everyone, I'm currently running a kenwood shallow mount 10" sub in my 2005 avalanche. it sounds ok but i'm looking to change. i'm wondering if anyone has heard the MB quart shallow mount 10's?   i'm  not going to chance my whole system and i've got very limited space under my center seat section. i'm just looking for something different.  thanks in advance

Well i can't say for certain on the MB QUART shallow mount's but i can say that their 12's are ridiculous.
I have a 12inch Premium series sub with about 280rms to it with their low end amplifier. it hits HARDER than BOTH of my old fosgates AND doesn't dim my headlights. it sounds better to. It has a much better frequency response and reporduction.
I'm Amazed.
Id say just make CERTAIN your enclosure is the right size and has the volume needed, i did and im glad i took the extra time.

Yeah, I'm not certain if they are going out of buisness nor is they are going to stop making them but i do know that I have one of two remaining subwoofers by MBquart for the 09-10 year.
They are on clearance so if you find the 12's or 10's cut off about 20$ from the price in the store and make an offer, if they don't sell them soon they wont be able to profit from them anyway.
Nows the time to buy hah.

Well end of the season for the 'new' gear, so they make a killing cause the companies all slash prices for MSRP.
You make a lower offer that isn't near what they get it for and you'll probably have a sure why not if it's a smaller business.

I heard it once from a Maxxsonix distributor, who was of course full of crap.

Well I CANT say for every one of there brands are great, nor can I say that everything they make kicks butt.
HOWEVER i can say that my one PWH302 has more kick, and more bass than both of my P1 fosgate's
My amp i got from them is also pretty sweet.
Longevity i can't comment on as I've only had the stuff for about a week, so far it's looking VERY promising.
