So, just like a cross? Whats the best material to use? Ive seen people use the round wooden dowels, like for closets.
If you just use corner bracing you should be ok if you went with 3\4th's mdf or HDF you'll be fine.
you glued everything? How much power are you pumping into these things?

I disagree.  With an enclosure that large, you really need to brace at the center of the parallel walls.  At least.

Im am going to have to agree with DYohn. You have done a very good job on your build. Why not take the extra time and make it very solid. Then you know nothing is going to happen. Dont short yourself since you've already gone this far. Box looks great!

Yea, I glued everything when I assembled it, then I went over it with silicone in the inside crevices. 2500 watts

Im pretty sure what DYohn is talking about is cutting a square piece of wood that goes inbetween the two subs as if it were going to seperate them into their own boxes. but cut a big hole in the center of it to make it where the piece of wood does not seperate the two subs but creates a brace for all four sides of the box. I hope this makes sense. It is hard me to explain someone elses idea.

Exactly.  Here's an example:

Got cha...One other thing that I was worried about. when I built the box, I did it to JLs specs, but now Im wondering if JL accounted for the Sub displacement when they calculated the airspace. Or should I have done that? I didnt think about it until I was in the middle of the build. If they didnt do that, then I may be minus some air space, since the subs are so big

MB qaurt did this.
They account for the displacement for the subwoofers.
so long as you told them two woofers would be in the same box and such you should be ok.
Never hurts to call them back and ask.
When you place the reinforcement piece in there you could use that poly fill or dang, i forgot its name. but it helps make up for less room by dropping the frequency of the sound produced.
