i have a viper with remote start I II III IV have to remove battery and got new one but i cant turn the remotes back on

Check the battery model #, they might be the good size but wrong voltage.

These remotes are code hoping and you may have to press the lock or unlock button several times before the alarm responds to it.

Does the LED comes on in the remote?

If you fail on your first attempt, at least destroy all evidence you tried!

i replace battery in the car, the 2 remotes got the same battery , the light in the remotes comes on so the one in the dash, but not communicate remote and car

Try reprogramming your remotes to the module. I can't find a manual for that model. Maybe someone else hear has a copy.
