For my Toyota Celica 1983.
I installed this car alarm. almost everything works. arm and di-arm, starter kill, parking light flashes. My interior light still does not come on when you dis arm the unit, don't know where to hook up the BLACK/ stripe wire to. i'm concern about my power lock. one of my door key cylinder has been damage that's why i need this power lock to work.
do you get some kind of voltage from the blue/blk and GREEN/ blk if you arm or disarm the unit. because i dont get any voltage at all. plus i need some advice, where to connect these wire from my power lock system in the car.

No they are neg going or you should set them up that way according to your installation manual.  Look to the driver's kickwell, the leads coming in from the driver's door will terminate in white plugs,* test the leads via a DMM, grounding them, one wire will lock, the other will unlock, connect your GREEN/ black (assuming that's the alarm's lock wire) to the lock side and the blue black to the unlock side.

*Never done one this old but as far as I know they were like that in the mid-80s
