Wondering if anyone could inform me on how to make custom door panels for a 1986 Nissan 300zx without using fiberglass?

Thanks.

You could use a/b foam to fabricate them how you want them and then have a plastic mold company build them for you. that is going to be spendy though

Not sure if fiberglass would stay together with a ton of vibration.

95% of custom sub-woofer enclosures use fiberglass and last for years and years, and there is no better testing ground for the stability of fiberglass than a sub-woofer enclosure. Continuous bass for hours and hours upon years of use.
You will be quite alright using fiberglass for vibration-intense environments.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

I wouldnt start with door panels for you first f/g project. I would find a custom shop to do the work. You will have a ton of money into them so you might as well pay a shop to do it and then if somethings wrong you have somewhere to take it to get fixed. You should try a sub box or some kick panels first because f/g can be tricky
