I have a 2007 Chevy Express van I am trying to install this in and I have everything installed per the instructions, except the blue TACH wire. I used the GREEN / WHITE wire on the OEM cruise plug for the VSS signal. DO I have to hook up the blue wire? IF so can anyone tell me where to attach it? Everything checks out per the voltage trouble shooting, but the unit will not engage. I have tried at 35, 45, 55, and 70 and nothing. Can anyone help???

Use one of the odd colored wires at any of the ignition coils.
