Does anyone know of a remote car starter that has a good range to it and will start and run the car when the battery voltage starts to get low? I like to leave stuff plugged into the outlets, but don't want the battery to be run completely down if I don't drive for a couple of days.
Thanks!

If it starts with the key, it should remote start.

What I mean is that I want an auto starter that will automatically monitor the battery and start the car to recharge it when the battery gets low. Example: I go on a trip and leave the car parked for two weeks. While I am gone, my phone is charging from the cigarette lighter and I have a Verizon Mifi on the charger as well. These things will eventually run the battery down if left on forever. I want an remote starter package that will sense when the battery is getting low and start the car for 10 or so minutes so it can charge the battery. That way I won't come home to a dead battery.

Im not sure which one, im sure someone can chime in, but the newer vipers have a programmable setting that will start the car when the voltage drops tbelow a certain voltage (or temperature).

yep. I'm not sure of all the exact models, but the 5701, 5901, and 5902 all do it. By default, they will start if the temperature is below 0 or the battery voltage is below 10.5 I believe.

Should be able to rig up a low voltage sensor to trigger the self start.
Could also use a 2nd battery for the loads (2nd battery has common ground is independent except when charging), but that merely provides independence from the primary battery which could still discharge from "normal" loading.
