I installed remote Start keyless entry system on 2000 Suburban.... What wire do you use of the car to arm  the factory alarm?  Is it tan wire on purple plug @ BCM?  I tryed that and it arms but when you unlock the doors and go to lock them again the factory alarm starts to panic...

Light green in the purple plug, pin B3 at the BCM, or in driver's kick.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

tan wire is drivers door pin, it must be pulsed at the same time the lock wire is, and to disarm the alarm it is the light green wire, which must be pulsed before start and pulsed with the unlock wire, if you do not have seperate arm and disarm wires, use diodes on the lock and unlock wires to make two outputs out of each wire.  Hope this helps, any questions feel free to ask!  James

Are you testing this wire or just hooking up to it?
There is probably more that one light green wire at the BCM.
Select the one that tests as a ground while inserting the key into the driver's outside doorlock, and turning the key to the "unlock" position.
