I want to purchase a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire Auto and 4 Cylinder for my newly licenced driver...lol.  The car does not have cruise control. I wanted to know what it would take for components to install a factory system from a salvage yard or a aftermarket system. I am very capable of installing either.... Just need some ideas on how to proceed...Thanks in advance....

Check out Rostra cruises. They are very good and can work with a factory cruise lever. I wouldn't suggest using used parts. It's not worth the headaches and there is no warranty. The factory cruise would also require a new engine harness and a lot of other wiring. If you have never installed a cruise before, you may want to have it professionally done. There are safety factors to consider.
