Did you wire up the relays as per the top diagram in this guide? http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/diagrams/extrainfo/diagrams/14301_CIRRUS_CHRYSLER%20COUPE%20and%20SEDAN%201%20WIRE%20JBS%20UNITS.pdf

You will need to test the WHITE/ Green Door Lock wire with a DMM to be sure you have the correct wire.

Are you looking for the trunk trigger or the trunk release? The Trunk Release is BLACK/ White (+) in the Drivers Kick Panel.

You can get wiring info from the Bulldog Security Web Site at: http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

Additionally you should probably start a new thread for the 98 Cirrus.... This one was started for the 05 Magnum.
