Has anyone installed Overhead DVD on a 2010 Caravan or any of the newer Chrysler/Dodge products as my main concern is about using acc or ignition power for the unit.Is it okay to use the pink/white ignition wire.
Any feedback will be much appreciated.

I have found a fat igntion wire in the drivers KP that works fine. The pink/white may only be 2 amps as a lot of new Chrylers are now....

i would wire in a relay usng the ign to open the contacts thereby having access to more amperage than the 2 amps atthe ign switch in the unlikely event of a short out or problem with the video you wontleave car stranded by having relay powering it up

I've installed several overheads into the new 08-10 Caravan and used the PINK/WHITE wire without problems.
