Thanks in advance for any help provided, I am new to the forum and will try to post all of this correctly.

Vehicle 2010 Toyota Corrola s non JBL 6 speaker

Components

HU Kenwood  XXV-01D

Amps Soundstream Reference 604 and 500 not S or SX

Speakers Boston Acoustics SL60 x 2 ( front and back)

Subs Soundstream SPL 10

I have just recieved the HU and 604 back from a reputable repair shop after having them checked out these issues are still occuring.

problems I am running into

1 When The car is shifted from park to drive or vice versa and the door locks actuate I hear "feedback" or a static sound through the front tweeters.  This noise only occurs at the fron stage the rears are fine.  I used stock door wiring as i may sell this car eventually and do not want to do anything permanent to it.

2 I have the amp in mixed mono mode (i tried the mono only using just right input and same result )using both sub outputs from HU, I have to have the gain almost maxed in order to get any sound from the amp.  At this setting it seams to play ok however, with the pre out Voltage of this HU i should not have to have it cranked so high (i think).  what could cause this?  do I need to take it in and checked also?

3 lights dimming, during play headlights dim on base notes I obsereved the sub amp power LED dimming but not the 4 channel.

Things I have done to try and rectify some of this, Big 3 is complete, i ran 4 gauge from battery to trunk then 8 gauge via dist block with dual 5 amp fuses (1 for each amp) with 8 gau going to each amp.  My ground is 0 gauge from a paint removed area of frame approx 2 feet to dist block then 8 gauge to amps.  I rerouted all wires through chasis, power on one side signal on the other.  Power line fuse at batt is 100a.  checked all speaker polarity with battery and they are correct.  checked continuity of all rca and they are good.

Can you folks please help me with these issues, i am not a pro but have never had these issues in the past.  Your help is much appreciated.  thanks in advance.
