Hello, i'mjust wondering how to tell what audio system is in this befor i take it out? i noticed there's two different wire harness's for this vehicle. so befor i order both and end up being stuck with one i don't need i'd like to know how befor i take it apart. it has a 6 disk player and MP3's capable. it's also the stock cd player.

is it a Navigator or a Mark LT?

Mark LT is usually the SOUNDMARK Audiophile system

go to www.metraonline.com they will show you what parts you need

according to the guy it's a lincoln navigator mark LT...i havn't personally seen it yet, he just called me up and wanted to put a double din dvd player in it.  I had gone to metra but it showed both harness's and when i asked the guy he didn't know what system he had. so befor i order in a harness for him i wanted to make sure i had the right system.

It's not always the most convenient solution but the best thing to do is get the car and pull the radio.  It's easier than asking customers because no one seems to know what they have.  I recall a saturday when we had 4 or 5 different ford vehicles and when we looked up the info on metra it gave us 1 harness, when we pulled the radio it was something different.  When someone comes to buy a ford harness, I try to get the car and pull the radio just to make sure I give them the right plug.  Even if I'm not doing the install, I hate to see someone come back with the wrong plug.
