My car is a 2007 Doge Nitro and I would like to know how many watts do I need to have a well balanced system in terms of SQ. Let's say I have a 500 watts RMS sub amp; how much power do I need for my front and rear speakers? Thank you.

if you are going with a 500W in the back, a 4x50 rms would be fine probably.

It depends on what you want to do for highs and mids, are you planning on doing a 2 way front stage or a 3 way ? Are you using coaxial speakers ora component set? 50x4 would be sufficient but might not net the best results IMO. Please provide info on speakers and there placement in the vehicle and we should be able to give you more detailed advice.

Hello spmpdr; I would like to run 2 way components front and rear; both sets are 61/2"; wattage to be determined. Is this information enough. Thanks.
