most of those are just eq/crossover combos, not sure if thats what you want. they usually only have a 4 band parametric eq and you can usually find a built in 3 band in your aftermarket HU so not much of an improvement there unless you are willing to sacrifice precision and control for a crossover ( which your HU might have already too).
so, me personally i wouldn't consider anything but the 7-band eq for $70 or the digi-q for $130.

Right now I have a Alpine IDA-x200 media center. I am going to be upgrading to This
I have a bunch of options on my deck.
My question is do I want a cross over on my Eq? I have a passive cross over on my front components already and a high pass filter on my sub.
I like the cleaness of the digital one but not sure how user friendly it is going to be to tune on the go as I am driving down the road.

yeah ive never used the digital one either but its just a rotary knob to move through menus. personally im a fan or sliders on EQ and i hate the person who decided knobs were better(probably cheaper). but if you want a really good graphic EQ then look for the kicker EQ or a kenwood. oh, and did you notice that that pioneer has a built in 7- band?
as far as having a crossover on the eq, you've heard my opinion. i think its a waste of space. you have crossovers on your HU, on the amps, and passive ones on the speakers. the only benefit you could possibly find is if it had a fully selectable crossover point with a better slope than what you can find on your amp. and its all up to you what a better slope is. if you think you need a 18db slope versus a 12db slope which is probably whats on your amp. another thing that makes it wasted space on an EQ is that a crossover is something that you should just set and leave it alone so once you set it then its just there, on your dash, wasting space. just my 0.02

Quick question...
So I have a power, ground and remote. Can I hook my power and ground into the harness for my deck or should I run a new ground and the power up to the battery?
Thanks guys!

you can use the same power but i would ground it straight to bare metal instead of using the factory ground.
