viper 5501, idatalink, 2005 chysler 300

Viper 5501 unit with an ADS AL-CA Vehicle is a 2005 Chysler 300 -hooked up everything works perfect, locks, trunk, all through the idataink bypass. However I have an issue. Vehicle remote starts runs for about 45 seconds then shuts off, pauses for 3 seconds then automatically restarts itself. Pauses for 3 seconds then restarts again. I ran this unit tachless which I have run hundreds of units tachless with no problems.

I would try the iDatalinks' Tach output and switch the Viper over to Tach mode.  With that install wiring, the Ignition wire from the car goes thru some extra circuitry at the bypass module.  The ADS AL CA Tach signal works well with the Ultra Start and Compustar units I use. Soldering is fun!

i had the same problem you have to add ignition to the primary ignition wire pink white by the ign switch, did you do that?installers do it best. we got the magic hands!
