Ok, here it goes.  Bought this Audiovox CCS-100 about 3 years ago.  Haven't had the time to install it until recently when I got laid off.  Now that I did all the modifications to get it mounted mechanically, the electrical side of things is getting me.

Took my time working one wire at a time, however, with my limited experience with cars, I don't know the exact things to hook the BLUE and GRAY&BLACK to.  I read the "instructions" (if that's what Audiovox wants to call them) multiple times and I understand the BLUE goes to a signal for the TACH, just not sure on this Sunfire what that is.  Tried the negative to the coil packs and it is not working.

I have left the GRAY&BLACK off, as the "instructions" say with a manual transmission, you do not need to use them.

What am I doing wrong and what can I check?

I have seen thoughts thrown out about the LED, yet I am not sure if this is in reference to the one on the servo or not.

Directechs says the tach wire is PURPLE / white, in a harness next to the battery under the radiator hose.
