I'm afraid I'm not working on an S2000, it's a RAV4 so I'm not sure a write-up for my car would be of much help to you. If you've got any specific questions though, I'm sure you'll be able to find an answer through a search or posting a question. There are also a ton of threads on the 5901 and 5902s if you'd just like to read over some general info on the unit. Sounds like you'll have a pretty easy time doing the swap since most if not all of the necessary wires will already have been located since you're disconnecting them from the Clifford. Good luck.
