1990 honda accord starter wires

i trying to find the correct way to test the starter wires since there are two sets of colors for this honda , on your website it shows a white /black for the starter and also a solid white also for the starter, my car it has two white and both have 12 volts. should'nt the starter wire have 12 volts only during cranking? or on this car are different. thanks

It should only show 12v when cranking, as you could see here the starter wire is black and white.

Trinidad, there was only ever ONE starter wire in Hondas, BLACK/ white with BLACK / YELLOW as ignition 1.
