I have a compustar CM6200s and a evo-chr bypass module installed on a 2011 Ram 2500 diesel manual transmission.

I have it wired up as follows:

12V constant hooked directly to the battery

Ground hooked to the chassis

12V parking light output hooked to WHITE/ light green at the light switch

(-) 250ma 2nd starter output (POC#2) RED / black hooked to yellow/ dark blue at the clutch switch

12V ignition green hooked up to yellow on Fortin bypass module

I used the T connector to the ignition and the EVO-CHR and the two way data connector to the CM6200s on the data connector

I programmed the remotes and the EV0-CHR it appeared to program correctly but nothing happens when I hit the buttons,it does not even make the starter click or flash the lights.

What am I missing?

Did you program the remote's ? Also you will need to change 4-11 to option # 2 for Fortin instead of iDatalink

I don't think my remotes are programmed.

i cycle the ignition on and off 5 times the park lights flash once and i hit the lock button (have a 1 way remote) for 5 seconds then hit the other lock button on the other remote and then the park lights flash twice singling the sequence is over but the lights never flash in between signalling the remotes transmitted.what should I do?

Lock or unlock does not work. I didn't use a t tap it was the T connector that was included in the EVO-CHR bypass module.\

I don't think the remotes are programmed as the starter does nothing it will not flash the lights or click. Could my antenna be defective? I have two CM6200S's and they both do the same thing.  I just do not have another antenna or remotes.

After you cycle the ignition 5 times you only need to press the LOCK button for 1/2 second and do the same to the 2nd remote right afterwards. The unit will respond with light flashes after you press the  LOCK button. If you don't get a response from the unit or light flashes, then you have a mis-match with remote and antenna.

Thanks Jeff

I meant .5 seconds like you described. And I do not get a flash back when I do that for any remotes so I assume that there is something up with my antenna or fobs.

Well I found out that my antenna and fobs were incompatable. So I got a new fob and antenna and it programmed and worked great . Man I love the fortin modules it was so easy to install even on a manual transmission diesel. Thanks guys for your replies.
