how can i make the hide side of my wipers a delay . I never us it and my car doesnt have a delay function. Thanks

Often wiper delays are ground switching systems as opposed to the above diagram - but simply reconnect the +12V to the relay contact to ground in that case.
The +12V switching relay will usually cause the wipers to stop as soon as the +12V is off.
Most wipers have a hot +12V feed (ie, IGN +12V) and on (fast or slow) is by grounding.
And if 2-speed, due to self-parking complications, the correct wiring is needed - ie, parallel to the park switch, or dual pole relays etc.
